After 2h on the phone with the Barcelona City Hall, y could not get back the I.B.I I pay last month to the Estate of Spain.
I clearly stated my casttle is inside the frontiers of the Great Popular Republic of Guripa, but they just hanged up.
I demand a Diplomatic action against the City Hall of Barcelona!

Amic Malkav, estimats guripencs,
em temo que el fet d’estar encara immersos en ple procés constitucional dificulta la gestió de conflictes administratius amb l’Estat espanyol com el que planteges. És per això que demanem paciència i l’acceptació de l’estatus de sobirania solapada -concepte encunyat per constitucionalistes de prestigi com jo mateix- que en aquests moments caracteritza la RPG.

Lo mejor para una república es lo que defienden los bonapartistas en Francia; un presidente con plenos poderes durante cinco años. Así nos ahorramos tiempo en cháchara parlamentaria. Propongo al Prime Delegate como dictador quinquenal.

Estimado Friki del año 2005. En estos momentos se discute el modelo exacto que tomara el sistema de gobierno, pero puedo avanzar que se esta optando por un sistema de presidencia de estilo socialista-comunista, asi que el Primer Delegado del Pueblo Guripense contara con poderes suficientes, siempre de acuerdo con los intereses del pueblo y de la nación. El ejercito, formado por el pueblo, velara por el cumplimiento de las decisiones del Primer Delegado.
